1. Collection and processing of data

Each visit to our website and each opening of a file stored on the website is logged. This data is saved for internal, system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged: Name of the file opened, date and time when the file was opened, quantity of data transferred, message on whether opening was successful, web browser and domain.

In addition, the IP addresses of the visiting computers are logged.

Further personal data is only recorded if entered voluntarily by the user, as part of a survey or registration, for example.

2. Use and circulation of personal data

If you have shared personal data with us, we will only use it to answer your questions, to process contracts we have agreed with you, and for technical administration.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or circulated in any other way if this is required to process the contract – in particular, the transfer of order data to suppliers – for billing purposes, or if you have agreed to this in advance.
